The craft fair I did at Shepeshed was fantastic, the venue was great, the other sellers were so lovely to talk to, and I took more money at this fair then I had ever taken before. I practically sold out of coaster, which was fantastic. My table looked really pretty too:
My best seller still seems to be the Blue Birdie coasters, which I am currently out of stock of. I am hoping to get more made for my craft fair this weekend .... hmmmm, we shall see.
Talking of coasters, I have done a fair few coaster commissions over the last few weeks. Here are a selection:
A commission for Lauren, made using the left over wall paper from the feature wall in her sitting room.
A commission for Katy W, a present for her sisters birthday (sorry about the poor quailty photograph, my camera wasn't charged so the phone had to do).
A birthday present for one of my best friend.
A set of Blue Birdies for Liz (each set of Blue Birdies coasters comes out slightly different than the last due to the way I arrange the birds)
A commission for Debbie, to match the specification "pink, plum, purple, swirly flowers" - I think I did ok :)This weekend I ventured into making something new. A sock bouquet for my best friend Emily. It was made of socks (obviously), a bath lily, various body shop goodies, some hand made earrings and one of my shambala bracelets. I think it looked brilliant:
Oh and the foliage was just a few bits a pieces which I collected from my garden.
